Text to HTML Table generator.
Converts a CSV or text file (with virtually any column separator) into an HTML Table,including the ability to perform intelligent character to glyph conversion(e.g. '>' to '>', '"' to '"' etc).

It will also read HTML files and generate TSV/CSV files from tables.
